Buddha once wrote, “What you are is what you have been. What you’ll be is what you do now.”
Life can be incredibly challenging, especially when you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, chronic pain, stress, or other emotional difficulties. You may find yourself caught in cycles of worry, negative thought patterns, sleepless nights, emotional overwhelm, or physical symptoms such as muscle tension. Over time, these experiences can leave you feeling disconnected, exhausted, or uncertain about how to move forward.
If this sounds familiar, you're not alone. With the right support, tools, and therapeutic approaches—including Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE), Energy Flow Techniques, psychotherapy, and skill-building strategies—you can develop greater emotional resilience, find relief from overwhelming symptoms, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Infinite Hope Counseling Mission Statement
I believe that every person has the ability to heal and grow when provided with the right support, tools, and opportunities for self-care. Using a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual's needs, I help clients build emotional resilience, gain deeper self-understanding, and foster a more positive emotional and spiritual perspective.
Colorado Individual Therapy Services for Adults
I provide virtual therapy to adults (18+) throughout Colorado who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, religious trauma, bipolar disorder, chronic pain, emotional challenges, and personal growth. My specialties focus on helping individuals understand how their life experiences, circumstances, and perspectives influence their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify obstacles, build on existing strengths, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.
Through a personalized, evidence-based approach, I help clients improve emotional well-being, strengthen resilience, and build a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Individual Therapy
I specialize in assisting individuals with depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges, and provide support for a wide range of other mental health concerns. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (T-CBT), I help clients transform unhealthy patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. CBT is a research-backed approach that addresses how your thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes impact your emotions and actions, making it effective for treating for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, adjustment issues, and relationship issues.
(50 minute session, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)
Skill Building Techniques
I offer coping skills training, often known as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, to support individuals dealing with bipolar disorder, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, or other challenges related to polarized emotions. Grounded in biosocial theory, this approach addresses the biological aspects of emotional vulnerability and the impact of invalidating social environments, which can lead to black-and-white thinking, emotional outbursts, or emotional shutdowns. The training focuses on four key components: mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to help you manage and improve your emotional well-being. Offering virtual therapy in Colorado, and concierge therapy in northern Colorado.

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE)
Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) is a body-based approach designed to help release stress, tension, and the physical effects of trauma through the body's natural tremor response. Trauma, chronic stress, and difficult life experiences can become stored in the body, contributing to symptoms such as muscle tension, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, sleep disturbances, and chronic stress.
By safely activating the body's natural tremor mechanism, TRE can help reduce physical and emotional tension, support nervous system regulation, and promote a greater sense of calm, balance, and well-being. This approach may be integrated with other therapeutic techniques to support healing, resilience, and recovery from stressful or traumatic experiences.
(50 minute session, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)
Energy Flow Techniques
Energy Flow Techniques integrate holistic practices with therapeutic support to help promote emotional well-being, self-awareness, and stress reduction. For clients who are interested in incorporating spiritual or energy-based practices into their healing journey, sessions may include the use of crystals, pendulums, chakra-focused work, guided meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques.
By combining these approaches with a supportive therapeutic process, clients can explore emotional blocks, deepen their connection with themselves, and cultivate a greater sense of balance, clarity, and overall well-being.
(50 minute session, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)
Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)
Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals experiencing chronic pain, phantom pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and other persistent pain conditions. This approach focuses on understanding how the brain and nervous system can contribute to ongoing pain, particularly when symptoms continue despite healing or when medical explanations do not fully account for the level of discomfort being experienced.
Using cognitive, emotional, and mindfulness-based techniques, I help clients explore the connection between pain, stress, emotions, and past experiences while developing new ways to respond to pain signals. Through a personalized approach, clients can reduce fear surrounding pain, improve daily functioning, and work toward lasting relief and an improved quality of life.
(50 minute session, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that helps individuals understand and heal the different parts of themselves that influence thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. IFS can be effective in addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, trauma, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, substance use concerns, eating disorders, and dissociative identity disorder (DID).
Through IFS, clients learn to identify and work with protective and wounded parts of themselves, fostering greater self-awareness, self-compassion, emotional healing, and resilience. By resolving internal conflicts and strengthening connection to their authentic Self, clients can experience improved emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and lasting personal growth.

My Clients are an Inspiration!
Read How Therapy Has Helped Them:
At the beginning of our sessions, my emotional health was in a fragile state. Danielle helped me navigate through a series of complicated emotions during our sessions. She understood my culture and was sensitive to that throughout our time together. She provided me with tools to utilize in stressful situations and taught me strategies to put into practice as I began my self-care journey. I am in a better place emotionally; my family and I are thankful for Danielle’s guidance.
Danielle helped me to take a chisel to the block of emotional layers I felt were impossible to overcome. Using a combination approach, (including things like DBT, ACT, and IFS) she skillfully helped me learn how to challenge myself through the painful things I needed to face, to begin healing. It wasn’t easy, but it was what I needed. Danielle changed my life, and now peace, hope, and wisdom fill the space where the block used to be.
