I offer coping skills training, often known as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, to support individuals dealing with bipolar disorder, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, or other challenges related to polarized emotions. Grounded in biosocial theory, this approach addresses the biological aspects of emotional vulnerability and the impact of invalidating social environments, which can lead to black-and-white thinking, emotional outbursts, or emotional shutdowns. The training focuses on four key components: mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to help you manage and improve your emotional well-being. Offering virtual therapy in Colorado, and concierge therapy in northern Colorado.

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises
I offer a trauma-releasing modality that taps into the body's natural tremor mechanism to release negative, stored energy from past experiences or traumas. This approach helps to address and alleviate the pain or discomfort associated with trauma that the body holds. By focusing on these negative energies, we work together to promote healing and restore emotional balance.

Energy Flow Techniques
Energy Flow Techniques, I blend metaphysical practices with therapeutic methods to help you heal and restore your energetic balance. We can incorporate your use of crystals, pendulums, and chakra work, along with guided meditation and breathwork, to address both your physical and emotional well-being. By integrating these holistic tools, you can experience a profound sense of harmony and rejuvenation.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy
I specialize in addressing various types of pain, including phantom pain, migraines, and chronic pain with unknown causes. Whether you're dealing with fibromyalgia, IBS, or pain from past injuries, I offer personalized strategies to help manage and alleviate your discomfort.

IFS/ Internal Family Systems
I offer Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help with various mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, panic, phobias, trauma, substance use, OCD, bipolar disorder, dissociative identity disorder, eating disorders, and PTSD. This therapy also supports improving resilience, self-esteem, and addressing unwanted behaviors. My goal with IFS is to help you resolve internal conflicts so you can connect with and live from your core self.
