“What you are is what you have been. What you’ll be is what you do now”
Buddha

We all have moments when we struggle with our emotions, whether we are struggling with grief, pandemics, relationships, job stress, spiritual conflicts, and more. Ultimately, my motivation and dedication is to help others become their best version of themselves when faced with these struggles, while creating a path towards a future that is hopeful, exciting, and empowering.

Individual sessions provide an opportunity to engage in non-judgmental dialogue with a professional who offers alternative perspectives and options, rather than advice. I dedicate time to actively listen to my clients, delivering the necessary support, encouragement, and insights that empower them to embrace change and move forward with a renewed sense of self.

As your therapist, I have extensive training in psychotherapy, along with certifications in Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. This integrative approach affords you the opportunity to delve into self-exploration and transformative changes to create your optimal self and a purposeful life.
