Therapy for Berthoud Adults: Online Trauma, Anxiety & Burnout Counseling
Berthoud sits between Loveland and Longmont, and many people who live here commute along I-25 or US-287 for work. Adding a drive to a therapy office on top of a long day is often what makes counseling feel impossible. Infinite Hope Counseling gives Berthoud adults (zip 80513) a way to get consistent, trauma-informed care without that extra trip.
Who I work with in Berthoud
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who look like they’re managing well while quietly carrying anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, trauma, or the emotional weight of a chronic illness. Parents, caregivers, and people in helping roles often tell me they’ve spent years putting everyone else first.

- Sessions are 50 minutes, held by secure video from home, a parked car, or any private space.
- Most clients begin weekly or every other week.

- You set the pace. You never have to talk about trauma before you’re ready.
Getting set up for online sessions in Berthoud
- You only need a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a reliable internet connection.
- Choose a private spot where you won’t be overheard: a home office, a bedroom, or a parked car on a lunch break.
- Headphones help keep things confidential when other people are home.
- If your connection is spotty, tell Danielle at the start so you can plan together for a dropped call.
Fees and insurance
Individual sessions are $150, and a sliding scale is available if you qualify. In network through Headway with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Providence Health Plan, and Select Health – Colorado. Superbills are available for out-of-network benefits. Why a small-town client might choose online therapy
In a close-knit town, running into your therapist at the grocery store can feel uncomfortable. Online sessions add a layer of privacy, so you can do the deeper work of understanding yourself, regulating your nervous system, and living more authentically on your own terms.
