Online Therapy for Mead Adults: Anxiety, Trauma & Life Transitions

Mead is a fast-growing town in southwest Weld County, and many families have moved here recently. A move brings opportunity, and it can also bring stress, isolation, and the loss of familiar support. Because Mead has fewer local services than its larger neighbors, getting to therapy often means a drive to Longmont or beyond. Online therapy with Infinite Hope Counseling removes that drive for adults in Mead (80542).

Adjustment and emotional regulation

Big changes like a new home, a new job, a new baby, a breakup, or caring for an aging parent can leave you overwhelmed, reactive, or disconnected from yourself. Therapy helps you understand your emotions, strengthen your resilience, and handle change with more confidence. Treatment approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Nervous System Regulation & Somatic Awareness, and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®).

Anxiety and overthinking

When your mind won’t slow down even after the day ends, real rest can feel impossible. We work to understand the patterns driving your anxiety and to build practical regulation skills you can use between sessions.

Trauma-informed from the start

If past experiences are part of what you’re carrying, we go at your pace. Safety comes first, and you’ll never be pushed to share before you’re ready.

How it works

  • A free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit
  • 50-minute video sessions, usually weekly or every other week to start
  • Work with Danielle Dickson, MA, LPC, licensed in Colorado with 12 years of experience
