Online Therapy for Greeley Adults: Support for Anxiety, Trauma & Burnout, Danielle Dickson, MA, LPC

Trauma-Informed Therapy for Adults Across Colorado

Understand yourself. Regulate your nervous system. Live more authentically.

Helping adults overcome anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, and emotional overwhelm
through evidence-based therapy that integrates the mind, body, and nervous system.

Greeley is a working city. As the Weld County seat and home to the University of Northern Colorado and Aims Community College, it runs on agriculture, food processing, energy, healthcare, and education. That work keeps a region going, and it can also mean early shifts, rotating schedules, demanding jobs, and long drives with little time left for yourself. Online therapy with Infinite Hope Counseling brings support to adults in Greeley (80631) without one more trip across town.

Shift work, caregiving, and exhaustion

When your schedule changes week to week, sleep, relationships, and your own needs are often the first things to go. Many people here are also raising kids or supporting parents and rarely get a turn to be supported themselves. Therapy helps you rebuild energy, set boundaries, and handle big emotions with more steadiness.

Treatment approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Nervous System Regulation & Somatic Awareness, and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®).

Anxiety and student stress

Whether you’re a UNC or Aims student juggling classes, work, and family, or simply can’t turn your mind off at night, we work to understand the patterns driving your anxiety and build practical skills you can use between sessions.

Trauma-informed from the start

If past experiences still show up in your body, your reactions, or your relationships, we go at your pace. Safety comes first, and you’ll never be pushed to share before you’re ready.
