Online Therapy for Fort Collins Adults: Anxiety, Trauma & Burnout, Danielle Dickson, MA, LPC
Trauma-Informed Therapy for Adults Across Colorado
Understand yourself. Regulate your nervous system. Live more authentically.
Helping adults overcome anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, and emotional overwhelm
through evidence-based therapy that integrates the mind, body, and nervous system.
Fort Collins runs on its own rhythm. Colorado State University shapes the calendar, Old Town fills up on weekends, and the Poudre River and Horsetooth Reservoir are close by. But a full life can still leave you running on empty. Whether you’re a graduate student, CSU faculty or staff, a healthcare worker, a parent, or commuting down I-25, online therapy with Infinite Hope Counseling brings support to adults in Fort Collins (80521) without adding another drive.
Academic pressure and helping-profession burnout
Many people look capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed inside. Deadlines, research and funding pressure, or years of putting patients, students, and family first can wear down even the most resilient person. Therapy helps you understand what’s driving the exhaustion and build a more sustainable way forward.
Treatment approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Nervous System Regulation & Somatic Awareness, and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®).
Anxiety and life transitions
Moving here for school or work, finishing a degree, changing careers, or watching friends leave when the academic year turns over can stir up worry and overthinking. We work to understand the patterns behind your anxiety and build practical regulation skills you can use between sessions.
Trauma-informed from the start
If past experiences are part of what you’re carrying, we go at your pace. Safety comes first, and you’ll never be pushed to share before you’re ready.
